Shipping is always free. All products are shipped via USPS First Class and customers should receive their order within a week or two of purchase, depending on time of year. All orders are tracked and customers will be emailed their unique code once the package has shipped. Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delivery delays or any issues that may arise.

Currently, Hazel N Sage is only shipping domestically in the United States.

All sales are final. As Hazel N Sage is a small business, returns and refunds are not accepted UNLESS an error was made by us. Each piece is individually crafted and made-to-order just for you, so please be sure you love the piece before purchasing. Items/designs will vary due to the nature of being handmade. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will see if an exception can be made to the individual circumstance.

All earring hooks are made with either sterling silver or gold-plated stainless steel to ensure they are hypoallergenic.

Measure your wrist at the widest part and add 1/2 inch to determine bracelet size. Bracelet sizes come in XS (6in), S (6.5in), M (7in), L (7.5in), XL (8in), and XXL (8.5in). If a different size is needed, select the size that is closest to your wrist size and note the length needed in the "special requests" section.

No. While a little water here and there won't hurt, consistent exposure to water (showering and swimming) will ruin your jewelry over time. The bead colors will likely begin to fade, as well as the nylon thread will start to break down. It is not recommended to fully submerge any pieces.

Currently, we are enjoying creating the pieces that are listed for sale. If a piece has the option to change any colors, this will be noted on the individual product page and notes able to be added in the "special requests" section. However, please contact us if you would like a different color scheme of an existing product and you are not able to leave a note before placing an order. One-of-a-kind pieces are also an option for an additional fee and may take longer for production.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive after purchase. Busier times of the year please allow up to 4 weeks. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing to ensure the desired arrival is doable.  Refunds will not be given due to reader’s error on production and ship time.
