All sales are final. As Hazel N Sage is a small business, returns and refunds are not accepted UNLESS an error was made by us. Each piece is individually crafted and made-to-order just for you, so please be sure you love the piece before purchasing. Items/designs will vary due to the nature of being handmade. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will see if an exception can be made to the individual circumstance–not guaranteed. If an error was NOT made by us, any additional shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.
